When the players do not fill every court, CourtSheet sits players out in turns: nobody sits a second time until everyone has sat once, and nobody sits two rounds in a row unless more than half the group has to sit. Games played never differ by more than one.
Each round is chosen by a search that scores every possible line-up: a repeated partner costs much more than a repeated opponent. It tries many line-ups and keeps the best whole schedule, so with 8 players on 2 courts (7 rounds) or 12 on 3 courts (11 rounds) everyone partners everyone exactly once.
Yes. Any doubles or singles game on courts, boards or tables works. Under More options you can call them boards or tables and set the points per game that print on the sheet.
Round 1 is drawn at random. After that, winners move up a court, losers move down, and the pairs split so everyone gets a new partner. Type the scores and the next round appears.
Only in your browser. The share link carries the setup inside the link itself, and scores are saved on this device. Nothing about your players is sent to our server.
