Privacy
Player names and scores never leave your browser. The generator, the court board, printing and the standings run entirely on your device. If you copy a share link, the setup (event name, names, courts, rounds) is inside that link itself; we do not store it. Anyone you send the link to can see those names, so share it only with your group.
Scores
Scores you type are saved in this browser's local storage, next to the schedule they belong to, so a refresh does not lose them. They are not sent anywhere. "Clear all scores" deletes them; clearing your browser's site data does too.
Pro waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the plan and Pro feature you clicked, the time you ticked the consent box and the time you signed up. We use it to send one email if Pro launches. We never share or sell it. To be removed, reply to that email or write to [email protected], and we will delete it.
Pro purchases and license keys (if Pro launches)
Pro is planned, not built: nothing is on sale and none of this happens today. If Pro launches and you buy it, Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, tax and receipt as our Merchant of Record. It sends us your email address, name, plan and order status, never your card details. We keep these with your license key so Pro works and refunds or cancellations take effect.
Each license key would work on up to 3 devices. To count them, the first time you enter your key this page creates a random device ID and saves it in this browser's local storage. It is not based on your IP address, your hardware or any fingerprint, and no cookies are used. Our server keeps only a one-way hash of the ID, never the ID itself, and registers it with Lemon Squeezy's license system, which counts the activations on your key. To use Pro on a fourth device, deactivate one first or email us. This storage is strictly needed for the license to work and is used for nothing else.
Who runs this
CourtSheet is a Quietworks product, hosted on Cloudflare. The Quietworks privacy policy also applies.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and collects only aggregate visit data (pages viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type). There are no ad trackers.
Rate limiting
To stop spam, form submissions are rate-limited using a hashed form of your IP address that expires within minutes.
Stored on your device
Besides scores, if you switch between light and dark mode that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is stored.
